We recently had the pleasure of working with Kim and Francisco to purchase our first home, from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure, from our initial conversations and throughout the entire process. Kim and Francisco are absolutely amazing! highly knowledgeable about the local market and always making sure we felt like a priority.Something that made a big difference is that they both kept us informed at each step of the process and their negotiation skills are first rate they even got as and additional credit from the sellers always ensuring they got us the best deal possible. They also made sure that every detail in the process was well taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property.The entire process took just about a month, I never thought this process could be so quick and simple. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great real estate services.

Francisco and Kim were amazingly helpful in the sale of my home. They were there every step of the way and extremely responsive and available whenever needed for guidance and questions and rolling up their sleeves to help prepare the home. Francisco has an amazing network of highly skilled workers who clearly respect him and made themselves available for needed work to get the house ready. When it came time to negotiate Francisco really worked hard to keep to keep things moving along and I felt 100% supported through a difficult process. I am so grateful to them both for their professionalism and skill .
